A: Approximately 500'.
Q: How do we get to the beach?
A: Exit house and go to the right 1 block. Cross the two lane
beach road for your public beach access.
Q: Is the beach public or private?
The beach is a mixture of public and private beach for gulf
front home owners. Private beaches are clearly marked. You have
a vendor to purchase beach set ups from, and/or you should set up on public
beach only
when you get to the beach. All beaches are public for traversing within 20' of the water.

A: You may purchase beach set ups in advance from

Q: Are sleeper sofas comfortable for adults?
A: No. We recommend them for small children
only!
Q: Can
adults sleep in bunk beds?
A: We recommend them for children!
The ladders and bedding are not designed to support the bulk of adults and may
result in an accident or injury.
Q. Does this house have a pool?
A: Yes. Plus, a hot tub.
Q: Is the pool heated?
A: Pool and spa will be heated
for an additional fee of $300/week or $50/day year round. Hot tub cannot be heated separate from pool. No refund of pool heating fees will be
refunded if the outdoor temperature and atmospheric conditions prevent the pool
from reaching desired water temperatures. Please keep in mind that pools
are not hot tubs and are much more difficult to heat and may not maintain the
level of heat that you desire. Pool covers for maintaining heat are not
provided.
Q: Do we have to share the pool with other households?
A: No, this pool is a private pool.
Q: How many TV's are there?
A: 8.
Q: How many vehicles can
we park?
A: (4) Garage currently not available. No RV's, boats, jet ski, trailers, etc.
allowed.
Q: What do we have to do to hold for the week that we
want?
A: A 35% deposit is paid by credit card.
