Q). How do we get to the beach?
A). You cross over Scenic Gulf Drive/ Old Highway
98 to a private beach access to 100' of
private beach. There is a pedestrian controlled stop light to assure that
cars stop in both directions.
Q: Is the beach public or private?
A: The beach is a private beach
for Crystal View Condominiums (Sunset Heaven). However, all beaches are public within 20' of the water
for traversing.
Plus, a public beach abuts to this property.
Q:
How
many beach set ups come with this condo. Can we purchase additional and
how?
A: There is one
complimentary set up (1 umbrella and 2 chairs). Additional set ups can be
purchased from Holiday Isle Beach Service, Steve Hill, Telephone: (850)
650-7999.
Q: Are sleeper sofas comfortable for adults?
A: No. We recommend them for small children
only!
Q). Does the condo complex have a pool, where is it
located, and is it heated.
A). Yes, at the back of the building. It is for
these 16 units only. It is heated from mid March to mid April.
Q). How many TV's and VCR's are there?
A). 4 per unit.
Q) How many vehicles can we park?
A) (3) Three maximum. No parking RV's, boats, jet ski, etc. allowed.
Not enough parking in complex.
Q). What do we have to do to hold for the week that we
want?
A). A 35% deposit is paid by credit
card.
Q). When is balance of rent and Sales Tax due?
A). 10 days prior to check in.
Q: Do you offer travel insurance?
A: Yes.

Q). How old do you have to be to rent this condo?
A).
25 years of age. If a group of youths wish to rent
this condo, one parent for every 3 youths must be on site at
all times. The parents will be held responsible for the actions of the
group.
