We will definitely use Carter Beach Properties in
the future. I had previously used a different agency and it
was not a good experience (and this is being nice). You
guys were great and your maintenance response was excellent.
I had an accident on my way in to your office and your
maintenance man helped get my car in order for me to drive
it back to Dallas. I not only will use you on my next trip
but I have already recommended you to several of my friends
and collegues. Keep up the good work.

SPIRIT Book Club enjoyed our stay
at Sunsational. The property was very spacious and
clean. We loved the easy access to the beach. We
look forward to future vacations at a Carter Beach Property.

This is our 4th year to stay in
Sunsational, and as before have enjoyed the house &
location. We like the addition of the table & chairs
by the pool. The kitchen is well equipped & made meals
easy to prepare. We have always appreciated the extra
frig.

We loved the way the interior was
decorated and the TV & Bose radio/CD player are very nice -
It was great to have lots of plates - silverware & etc.
