'Sugar Sands was Perfect!' Tons
of room and an excellent layout. 17 of us had no
problems living here for the week. We loved how quiet
it was here and only a short walk to the beach. We are
looking forward to returning here year after year for the
Shonkwiler/Fouse reunion. It as just perfect!!!

We had a wonderful stay.
The house was big and spacious - plenty of room for my big
family. The pool was a great place to spend time near
to cool off in this Florida sun. We'll be back.

thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sugar Sands. It was a
great house. Our family has been going to Destin for
the past 7 years and we haven't stayed in a more delightful
house or had better service than we received from all of you
at Carter Beach properties. We will definitely be back next
year and do appreciate all your "first class" service and
the lovely and comfortable home!

The property is
