Q: How far is the beach?
A: This house is 3 houses back from The Gulf of Mexico.
Q: How do we get to the beach?
A: There is public beach access cross Scenic Gulf Drive and left one
block.
Q: Is the beach public or private?
A: The beach is a mixture of public
and private beach for gulf front home owners. Private beaches are clearly
marked. All
beaches are public for traversing within 20' of the water.
Q:
Can we rent beach set ups with this house?
A:
Yes, you can rent beach set ups close to the water
during season at the Hutchinson Street Public Beach Access by Sunset Beach Service that will dictate where you should set up
on the beach. This is not the nearest beach access, but is only 3 blocks
away. This public beach access offers a
covered gazebo with picnic tables, and public restrooms beach front which makes
life easy with little ones. Contact

Q: Are sleeper sofas comfortable for adults?
A: No. We recommend them for small children
only!
Q: Can adults
sleep in bunk beds?
A: We recommend them for children!
The ladders and bedding are not designed to support the bulk of adults and may
result in an accident or injury.
Q: Does this house have a pool?
A: Yes, a kidney shaped 12 x 24 pool.
Q: Is the pool heated?
A: Pools will be heated
for an additional fee of $200/week or $35/day
during March through December or $300/week or $50/day during January and
February. No refund of pool heating fees will be
refunded if the outdoor temperature and atmospheric conditions prevent the pools
from reaching desired water temperatures. Please keep in mind that pools
are not hot tubs and are much more difficult to heat and may not maintain the
level of heat that you desire. Pool covers for maintaining heat are not
provided.
Q: Do we have to share the pool with other households?
A: No, this pool is a private pool for Serendipity.
Q: How many parking spots.
A: (5) Five. No parking for RV's, JetSki,
Boats, Trailers, etc.
Q: How many TV's are there?
A: There is a 42" plasma with 150 channels located in
the main living room, a 31" flat screen in the cabana living room, a 27" in the
master bedroom, and 19" in bedrooms with queens. The bunk room has a 19' with
built in VCR/DVD.
Q: What do we have to do to hold for the week that we
want?
A: A 35% deposit is paid by credit card.
Q: When is balance of rent and Sales Tax due?
A: 30 days prior to check in.
Q: Do you offer travel insurance?
A:
Yes.
