A). You cross over Old Highway 98 to a private beach
access to a private beach with 100' of private beach. There is a
pedestrian controlled stop light to assure that cars stop in both directions.
Q: Is the beach public or private?
A: The beach is a private beach
for Crystal View Condominiums (Sara Louise's Dream). However, all beaches are public within 20' of the water.
Plus, this property abuts to a public beach access.
Q: Are sleeper sofas comfortable for adults?
A: No. We recommend them for small children
only!
Q). Does the condo complex have a pool and where is it
located.
A). Yes, at the back of the building. It is for
these 16 units only.
Q). How many TV's and VCR's are there?
A). 4 per unit.
Q: How many vehicles can we park?
A: (4) Four. There are no overflow parking spots. No RV's, boats, jet ski, etc. allowed.
Q). What do we have to do to hold for the week that we
want?
A). A 25% deposit is paid by credit card.
Q). When is balance of rent and Sales Tax due?
A). 10 days prior to check in.

Q). How old do you have to be to rent this condo?
A). 25 years old. If a group of youths wish to rent
this condo, one parent per every 3 youths must be on
site at
all times. The parents will be held responsible for the actions of the
group.
