A: Approximately 100' .
Q: How do we get to the beach?
A: This house is 2 tier back from The Gulf of Mexico.
Go out your front gate, cross two lane beach road and your public beach access
is 2 houses to the left.
Q: Is the beach public or private?
The beach is a mixture of public and private
beach for gulf front home owners. Private beaches are clearly marked.
You may have vendors to purchase beach set ups from, and/or you should set up on
public beach only when you get to the beach. All beaches are public for
traversing within 20' of the water.

Are beach set ups available?
A: You may purchase beach set ups in advance from
Twilight Beach Service, Michael Dangerfield (850) 699-2455, email

Q: Are sleeper sofas comfortable for adults?
A: No. We recommend them for small children
only!
Q: Can adults
sleep in bunk beds?
A: We recommend them for children!
The ladders and bedding are not designed to support the bulk of adults and may
result in an accident or injury.
Q. Does this house have a pool?
A: Yes.
Q: Is the pool heated?
A: Pools will be heated
for an additional fee of $200/week or $35/day
during March through December or $300/week or $50/day during January and
February. No refund of pool heating fees will be
refunded if the outdoor temperature and atmospheric conditions prevent the pools
from reaching desired water temperatures. Please keep in mind that pools
are not hot tubs and are much more difficult to heat and may not maintain the
level of heat that you desire. Pool covers for maintaining heat are not
provided.
Q: Do we have to share the pool with other households?
A: No, this pool is a private pool.
Q: How many TV's are there?
A: 7 TV's, 4 VCR's, DVD.
Q: How many vehicles can we park?
A: (4) Four. No RV's, boats, jet ski, etc. allowed.
Q: What do we have to do to hold for the week that we
want?
A: A 35% deposit is paid by credit card.
Q: Does Carter Beach Properties offer travel insurance?

Q: How old do you have to be to rent this property?
A:
25 years of age. If a group of youths under
the age of 25 wish to rent, one parent per every 3
under the age of 25 is required to stay on site. A 50% deposit will be required. The parent will be held responsible for the actions of the
