Q: How far is the beach?
A: Approximately 100'.
Q: How do we get to the beach?
A: This house is 2 tier back from The Gulf of Mexico. Go out
your front gate, cross two lane beach road and your public beach access is
3 houses to the left.
Q: Is the beach public or private?
A: The beach is a mixture of public and private beach
for gulf front home owners. You should set up close to the water
when you get to the beach. All beaches are public within 20' of the water.
Q: Are sleeper sofas comfortable for adults?
A: No. We recommend them for small children
only!
Q. Does this house have a pool?
A: Yes. A large oversized pool for the Destin
area.
Q: Is the pool heated?
A: Pools will be heated
for an additional fee of $250/week or $45/day
during March through December or $350/week or $60/day during January and
February. No refund of pool heating fees will be
refunded if the outdoor temperature and atmospheric conditions prevent the pools
from reaching desired water temperatures. Please keep in mind that pools
are not hot tubs and are much more difficult to heat and may not maintain the
level of heat that you desire. Pool covers for maintaining heat are not
provided.
Q: Do we have to share the pool with other households?
A: No, this pool is a private pool.
Q: What do we have to do to hold for the week that we
want?
A: A 25% deposit is paid by credit card.
Q: How many TV's are there?
A: There is a 31" in all three living rooms, 27" in the
master bedrooms, and 19" in the balance. Plus, there is a 19" on the
outdoor deck.
Q: How many vehicles can we park?
A: (4) Four. No RV's, boats, jet ski, etc. allowed.
Q: When is balance of rent and Sales Tax due?
A: 30 days prior to check in.
Q: Where do we send a rent check, and how do we make it out?

Q: How old do you have to be to rent this property?
A: 25 years of age. If a group of youths wish
to rent, one parent for every 3 youths must be on site at all
times, and a 50% deposit will be required. The parent will be held responsible for the actions of the
group.
