This unit has gulf views. You must cross Scenic Gulf Drive to the
public beach.
Q: How far is the beach?
A: Approximately 250'.
Q: How do we get to the beach?
A: You cross over Scenic Gulf Drive to a public beach access.
There is a pedestrian controlled stop light to assure that
cars stop in both directions.
Q: Is the beach public or private?
A: This section of beach is public, with
a public toilet available.
Q: Are sleeper sofas comfortable for adults?
A: No. We recommend them for small children
only!
Q: Does the condo have a pool and where is it
located.
A: Yes, on the south side of the building
in the middle of the horse-shoe.
Q: How many vehicles can we park?
A: (2) Two. There are several overflow parking spots
on first come basis. No RV's, boats, jet ski, etc. allowed.
Q: What do we have to do to hold for the week that we
want?
A: A 25% deposit is paid by credit card.
Q: When is balance of rent and Sales Tax due?
A: 30 days prior to check in.

Q: How old do you have to be to rent this condo?
A: 25 years old. If a group of youths wish to rent
this condo, one parent per every 3 youths must be on site at all times, and a 50% deposit
will be required. The parents will be held responsible for the actions
of the group.
