A: No. This building fronts the Gulf of Mexico, and has its
own beach access. This unit has great gulf views. You must
cross Scenic Highway 98 (Old 98) to the beach.

A: Approximately 100'.
Q: How do we get to the beach?
A: You cross over Scenic Highway 98
(Old 98) to the beach access. This is our beach road and is pedestrian
friendly.
 Q: Are beach set ups
available?
A: You may purchase beach set ups in advance from
Twilight Beach Service, Michael Dangerfield (850) 699-2455, email

or
twilightbeachservice@yahoo.com.
Q: Is the beach public or private?
A: You access the beach at a public
beach access. Beaches on both sides may be private, but, all beaches are considered public within 20' of the water
for traversing.
Q: Are sleeper sofas comfortable for adults?
A: No. We recommend them for small children
only!
Q: Can adults
sleep in bunk beds?
A: We recommend them for children!
The ladders and bedding are not designed to support the bulk of adults and may
result in an accident or injury.
Q: Does the condo complex have a pool and where is it
located.
A: Yes, at the front of the building
facing The Gulf of Mexico. It is for
Grand Caribbean guest only.
Q:
Does the unit have a grill?
A: There is a community
charcoal grill and picnic area. No other type of grills allowed by Florida
law.
Q: How many TV's are there?
A: 3.
Q: How many vehicles can we park?
A: (2) Two . No parking allowed for RV's,
boats, jet ski, etc.
Q: What do we have to do to hold for the week that we
want?
A: A 25% deposit is necessary. This must be in
the form of credit card.
Q: Does Carter Beach Properties offer travel insurance?
A: No. Our
contract covers our refund policy for hurricanes and most individuals find
that sufficient. However, we do offer an
easy link to
several premier travel insurance companies if you feel that it is your best
interest to have travel insurance.
Q: When is balance of rent and Sales Tax due?
A: 30 days prior to check in.

Q: How old do you have to be to rent this condo?
A:
25 years of age. If a group of youths wish to rent
this condo, one parent per every 3 youths must be on site at all times, and a 50% deposit
will be required. The parents will be held responsible for the actions
of the group.
