A: No. This building fronts the Gulf of Mexico.
All units have panoramic gulf views. You must cross Scenic Gulf
Drive to the public beach.
Q: How far is the beach?
A: Approximately 200'.
Q: How do we get to the beach?
A: You cross over Scenic Gulf Drive to a public beach
access. There is a pedestrian controlled stop
light to assure that cars stop in both directions.
Q: Is the beach public or private?
A: This section of beach is public.
Q:
How
many beach set ups come with this condo. Can we purchase additional and
how?
A: There is one complimentary set
up (1 umbrella and 2 chairs) during season and weather permitting. Additional set ups can be purchased from
Beach Service, Mike Myers, Telephone: (850) 837-0178 or on the beach in
front of Pompano Joe's.
Q: Are sleeper sofas comfortable for adults?
A: No. We recommend them for small children
only!
Q: Does the townhouse have a pool and where is it
located.
A: Yes, at the front of the building.
It is for the community of Blue Surf Town Homes.
Q: How many TV's are there?
A: 5.
Q: How many vehicles can we park?
A: (3) Three. There are several overflow parking spots
on first come basis. No RV's, boats, jet ski, etc. allowed.
Q: What do we have to do to hold for the week
that we want?
A: A 25% deposit is is paid by credit card.
Q: Does Carter Beach Properties offer
travel insurance?
A: No. Our
contract covers our refund policy for hurricanes and most individuals find
that sufficient. However, we do offer an
easy link to
several premier travel insurance companies if you feel that it is your best
interest to have travel insurance.
Q: When is balance of rent and Sales Tax due?
A: 30 days prior to check in.

Q: How old do you have to be to rent this condo?
A:
25 years of age. If a group of youths wish to rent
this condo, one parent per every 3 youths must be on site at all times, and a
50% deposit will be required. The parents will be held responsible for the
actions of the group.
