Loved the location (distance from the
beach). This place was great for our family reunion. .
. lots of gathering space, large kitchen, ample sleeping
areas. It was homey, not pretentious.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Island
Time. It is a beautiful house and the kids enjoyed the
pool especially. We love coming to Destin.

Warm & charming house overall. We
love the layout. We did have some problems with bees &
wasp on the property. Unfortunately, our 20 mth old
got stung by a bumble bee. Positives:
- location w/playground - terrific!
- love the pool.
-fenced yard.
-layout is great.
-shower is great outside!

Nice rental - all appliances, fixtures,
etc. was in good working order. A/C was good for size
of rental - comfortable temperatures maintained.
Location was great - to beach, shopping , and resturants.

Loved the house but would have liked the
pool to be heated since its mainly in the shade.
(Please note there is not a pool heater at this home, and in
the summer the shade can be an asset.)
