Q:  How do we get to the beach?

A:  Deeded beach access is located south of the Emerald Shores Subdivision approximately 500'.  When walking out your door east (right) about 100', head south (right) and cross over Scenic Gulf Drive at the pedestrian stop light provided for your safety.  The beach access is to the right.

Q:  Can we rent beach set ups?

A:  Yes.  You can arrange to rent beach set ups from:  Sunset Beach Service, Dave Meadows, (850)244-0452 or cellular (850) 259-2401, or email simplemead@yahoo.com.

Q:  Does this house have a pool?

A:  Two community pools. 

Q:  Is this pool heated?

A:  Yes.

Q:  Do we have to share the pool with other households?

A:  Yes.  The subdivision of Emerald Shores.

Q:  Are sleeper sofas comfortable for adults?

A:  No.  We recommend them for small children only!

Q:  Can adults sleep in bunk beds?

A:  We recommend them for children!  The ladders and bedding are not designed to support the bulk of adults and may result in an accident or injury. 

Q:  How many TV's ?

A:  5. 

Q:  How many vehicles can we park?

A:  (4) Four.  No parking on the street after 12:00 AM is allowed.  No RV's, boats, jet ski, etc. allowed.

Q:  What do we have to do to hold for the week that we want?

A:  A 25% deposit via credit card.

Q:  Does Carter Beach Properties offer travel insurance?

A:  No.  Our contract covers our refund policy for hurricanes and most individuals find that sufficient.  However, we do offer an easy link to several premier travel insurance companies if you feel that it is your best interest to have travel insurance.  

Q:  When is balance of rent and Sales Tax due?

A:  30 days prior to check in.

Q:  Where do we send a rent check, and how do we make it out?

A:  Carter Beach Properties, 1594 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, FL  32550.

Q:  How old do you have to be to rent this property?

A:  All must be 25 years of age.   If a group of youths wish to rent, one parent per every 3 youths must be on site at all times, and a 50% deposit will be required. The parents will be held responsible for the actions of the group.
