Q: How far is the beach?
A: This house is 8th house back from The Gulf of Mexico.
Q: How do we get to the beach?
A: There is public beach access approximately 350'
across Scenic Gulf Drive.
Q: Is the beach public or private?
A: The beach is a mixture of public and private beach
for gulf front home owners. Private beaches are clearly marked.
You may have vendors to purchase beach set ups from, or you should set up close to the water
when you get to the beach. All beaches are public for traversing within 20' of the water.

Can we rent beach set ups with this house?
A:
Yes, you can rent beach set ups close to the water during
season at the Hutchinson Street Public Beach Access by Sunset Beach Service that will dictate where you should set up
on the beach. This access is approximately 3 blocks from the house.

Q: Are sleeper sofas comfortable for adults?
A: No. We recommend them for small children
only!
Q: Does this house have a pool?
A: Yes, a kidney shaped 12 x 24 pool.
Q: Is the pool heated?
A: Pools will be heated
for an additional fee of $200/week or $35/day
during March through December or $300/week or $50/day during January and
February. No refund of pool heating fees will be
refunded if the outdoor temperature and atmospheric conditions prevent the pools
from reaching desired water temperatures. Please keep in mind that pools
are not hot tubs and are much more difficult to heat and may not maintain the
level of heat that you desire. Pool covers for maintaining heat are not
provided.
Q: Do we have to share the pool with other households?
A: No, this pool is a private pool for Flip Flop
Getaway.
Q: How many vehicles can you park?
A: (5) Five.
Q: What do we have to do to hold for the week that we
want?
A: A 25% deposit is paid by credit card.
An additional 25% will be accessed for a total of
50% for parents chaperoning youth groups and weddings.
Q: Do you offer travel insurance?
A: No. Our
contract covers our refund policy for hurricanes and most individuals find
that sufficient. However, we do offer an
easy link to
several premier travel insurance companies if you feel that it is your best
interest to have travel insurance.
Q: When is balance of rent and Sales Tax due?
A: 30 days prior to check in.
Q: Where do we send a rent check, and how do we make it out?
A: Carter Beach Properties, 1594 Scenic Gulf Drive,
Miramar Beach, FL 32550.
Q: How old do you have to be to rent this property?
A:
25 years of age. If a group of youths wish
to rent, one parent per every 3 youths must be on site at all
times, and a 50% deposit will be required. The parents will be held responsible for the actions of the
group. No property will be
rented to individuals under the age of 25.
