Q: How far is the beach?
A: This house is 3rd house back from The Gulf of Mexico.
Q: How do we get to the beach?
A: There is public beach access at each end of the Crystal Shores
subdivision. You walk to the end and cross Scenic Highway 98. This
public beach access is provided by The City of Destin and offers bathrooms and
outdoor showers.
Q: Is the beach public or private?
A: The beach is a mixture of public and private beach
for gulf front home owners. You should set up close to the water
when you get to the beach.

Can we rent beach set ups with this house?
A:
Yes, you can rent beach set ups close to the water during
season at the Hutchinson Street Public Beach Access by Sunset Beach Service that will dictate where you should set up
on the beach. Contact

Q: Are sleeper sofas comfortable for adults?
A: No. We recommend them for small children
only!
Q: Can adults
sleep in bunk beds?
A: We recommend them for children!
The ladders and bedding are not designed to support the bulk of adults and may
result in an accident or injury.
Q: Does this house have a pool?
A: Yes, a private and community pool.
Q: Is the pool heated?
A: Pools will be heated
for an additional fee of $200/week or
$35/day during March through December or $300/week or $50/day during January and
February. No refund of pool heating fees will be
refunded if the outdoor temperature and atmospheric conditions prevent the pools
from reaching desired water temperatures. Please keep in mind that pools
are not hot tubs and are much more difficult to heat and may not maintain the
level of heat that you desire. Pool covers for maintaining heat are not
provided.
Q: Do we have to share the pool with other households?
A: No.
Q: How many vehicles can be parked at this house?
A: (5) Five. No parking allowed for RV's, boats, and
jet ski, etc. No parking on street or over sidewalk at night.
Q: What do we have to do to hold for the week that we
want?
A: A 25% deposit is paid by credit card.
Q: When is balance of rent and Sales Tax due?
A: 30 days prior to check in.
Q: Where do we send a rent check, and how do we make it out?
A: Carter Beach Properties, 1594 Scenic Gulf Drive,
Miramar Beach, FL 32550.
Q: How old do you have to be to rent this property?
A: 25 years of age. If a group of youths wish to
rent, one parent must be on site at all times for every 3 youths under the age
of 25, and a 50% deposit will be required. The parents will be held responsible for the actions of the
group.
