Q: Is this condo gulf front?
A: No. This building fronts the Gulf of Mexico, and has its
own private beach. This unit is on the 3rd floor front of this 4 story
building. All units have panoramic gulf views. You must
cross Scenic Gulf Drive to the private beach.
Q: How far is the beach?
A: Approximately 100'.
Q: How do we get to the beach?
A: You cross over Scenic Gulf Drive to a private beach access with 100' of
gulf front sand for this complex only.
There is a pedestrian controlled stop light to assure that cars stop in
both directions.
Q: Is the beach public or private?
A: The beach is a private beach for Crystal View
Condominiums (Emerald Breeze). However, it abuts to a public beach.
Plus, all beaches are public within 20' of the water.

How
many beach set ups come with this condo. Can we purchase additional and
how?
A: There is one
complimentary set up (1 umbrella and 2 chairs). Additional set ups can be
purchased from Holiday Isle Beach Service, Steve Hill, Telephone: (850)
650-7999.
Q: Does the condo complex have a pool and where is it
located.
A: Yes, at the back of the building. It is for
these 16 units only.
Q: Are sleeper sofas comfortable for adults?
A: No. We recommend them for small children
only!
Q: How many TV's and VCR's are there?
A: 4 per unit.
Q: How many vehicles can we park?
A: (3) Three maximum. No
parking allowed of RV's, boats, jet ski, etc.
Q: What do we have to do to hold for the week that we
want?
A: A 25% deposit is necessary. This can be in
the form of credit or check. A check must be sent
overnight for next day receipt.
Q: Do you offer travel insurance?
A: No. Our
contract covers our refund policy for hurricanes and most individuals find
that sufficient. However, we do offer an
easy link to
several premier travel insurance companies if you feel that it is your best
interest to have travel insurance.
Q: When is balance of rent and 11% State Tax due?
A: 30 days prior to check in.

Q: How old do you have to be to rent this condo?
A:
25 years of age.. If a group of youths wish to rent
this condo, one parent per every 3 youths must be on site at all times, and a 50% deposit
will be required. The parents will be held responsible for the actions
of the group.
