Q).    Is this gulf front?

A).    Yes the unit is gulf front.


Q:  Is the beach public or private?

A:  The beach is a mixture of public and private beach for gulf front home owners.    All beaches are public within 20' of the water.  Villa Coyaba owns up to the 20' mark.  Villa Coyaba owns 310' of private beach.


Q:  Are sleeper sofas comfortable for adults?

A:  No.  We recommend them for small children only!


Q:  Can adults sleep in bunk beds?

A:  We recommend them for children!  The ladders and bedding are not designed to support the bulk of adults and may result in an accident or injury. 


Q).    Does the condo complex have a pool?

A).    Yes,  it has an infinity-edge, gulf front pool.


Q).    What amenities does the condo complex have?

A).    On-site private fitness room, grilling deck overlooking the gulf, Infinity-edge gulf front pool.


Q).    How many TV's are there?

A).    5 flat screen TV's in this unit. 


Q).    How many assigned parking places?

A).    Two (2) assigned under ground parking slots per unit.  Other guest slots available on first come basis.  No parking allowed of RV's, boats, jet ski, etc.  Note garage clearance is 7' 3". 


Sunset Beach ServiceQ:   Can we purchase beach set ups and how?

 

A:   Beach set ups can be purchased from on site in front of the condos or in advance from Sunset Beach Service, Dave Meadows, Telephone:  (850) 244-0452, Cell (850)259-2401, email simplemead@yahoo.com, or web site http://www.sunsetbeachservice.com.


Q).    What do we have to do to hold for the week that we want?

A).    A 25% deposit is paid by credit card.


Q:  Do you offer travel insurance?

A:  No.  Our contract covers our refund policy for hurricanes and most individuals find that sufficient.  However, we do offer an easy link to several premier travel insurance companies if you feel that it is your best interest to have travel insurance.  


Q).    When is balance of rent and Sales Tax due?

A).    30 days prior to check in.


Q).    Where do we send a rent check?

A).    Carter Beach Properties, 1594 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, FL  32550


Q).    How old do you have to be to rent this condo?

A).    25 years of age.  If a group of youths wish to rent this condo, one parent for every 3 youths must be on  site at all times. The parents will be held responsible for the actions of the group.
