Q).    How do we get to the beach?

A).    Exit the elevator and walk to the center of the building where the private beach access for Crystal Sands is located.  Step out onto the beach. 

Q:  Is the beach public or private?

A:  The beach is a private beach for Crystal Sands Condominiums.   However, all beaches are public within 20' of the water for traversing. 

Q:   How many beach set ups come with this condo.  Can we purchase additional and how?

A:   One complimentary beach set up comes with this unit during season.  You may purchase additional beach set ups in advance from Twilight Beach Service, Michael Dangerfield (850) 699-2455, or email madangerfield@gmail.com, or twilightbeachservice@yahoo.com.

Q).    Does the condo complex have a pool and where is it located.

A).    Yes, at the back of the building.  It is for Crystal Sands only.

Q).    How many TV's and DVD's are there?

A).    3 TV's and 1 DVD. 

Q).  Can adults sleep in bunk beds?

A).  We recommend them for children!  The ladders and bedding are not designed to support the bulk of adults and may result in an accident or injury. 

Q).  How many vehicles can we park?

A).  (3) Three maximum.    No parking RV's, boats, jet ski, etc. allowed, and will be enforced. 

Q).    What do we have to do to hold for the week that we want?

A).    A 25% deposit is charged to your credit card.

Q).    When is balance of rent, housekeeping, and Sales Tax due?

A).    30 days prior to your arrival.

Q:  Do you offer travel insurance?

A:  No.  Our contract covers our refund policy for hurricanes and most individuals find that sufficient.  However, we do offer an easy link to several premier travel insurance companies if you feel that it is your best interest to have travel insurance.  

Q).    Where do we send a rent check?

A).    Carter Beach Property Management, 1594 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, FL  32550.

Q).    How old do you have to be to rent this condo?

A).    25 years of age.  If a group of youths or young adults (under the age of 25) wish to rent this condo, one parent for every 3 youths or young adults must be on  site at all times. The parents will be held responsible for the actions of the group.
