Q: How far is the beach?
A: Out the back door and down the steps.
Q: How do we get to the beach?
A: Private beach at your back door.
Q: Is the beach public or private?
A: The beach is a mixture of public and private beach
for gulf front home owners. The beach at this home
is owned up to within 20' of the water. It becomes public at the 20' line.
Q: Are sleeper sofas comfortable for adults?
A: No. We recommend them for small children
only! There are six (6) in this property.
Q: Can adults
sleep in bunk beds?
A: We recommend them for children!
The ladders and bedding are not designed to support the bulk of adults and may
result in an accident or injury.
Q: Does this house have a pool?
A: Yes.
Q: Is the pool heated?
A: Pools will be heated
for an additional fee
of $250/week or $45/day during March through
December or $350/week or $60/day during January and February. No refund of pool heating fees will
be refunded if the outdoor temperature and atmospheric
conditions prevent the pools from reaching desired water temperatures.
Please keep in mind that pools are not hot tubs and are much more
difficult to heat and may not maintain the level of heat that you desire.
Pool covers for maintaining
heat are not provided.
Q: Do we have to share the pool with other households?
A: No.
 Q: How
many beach set ups come with this condo. Can we purchase additional and
how?
A: There are two complimentary set
ups (2 umbrella and 4 chairs). Additional set ups can be purchased from
Sunset Beach Service, Dave Meadows, Telephone: (850) 244-0452, Cell

Q: How many TV's are there?
A: 8.
Q: What do we have to do to hold for the week that we
want?
A: A 25% deposit is paid by credit card.
Q: Do you offer travel insurance?
A: No. Our
contract covers our refund policy for hurricanes and most individuals find
that sufficient. However, we do offer an
easy link to
several premier travel insurance companies if you feel that it is your best
interest to have travel insurance.
Q: How many vehicles can we park?
A: (8) Eight . No parking allowed for RV's,
boats, jet ski, etc.
Q: When is balance of rent and Sales Tax due?
A: 30 days prior to check in.
Q: Where do we send a rent check, and how do we make it out?
A: Carter Beach Properties, 1594 Scenic Gulf Drive,
Miramar Beach, FL 32550.
Q: How old do you have to be to rent this property?
A:
25 years of age.
This property does not accept chaperoned youth
groups/young adults under 25 years of age. Families only, please!
