A: No. This building fronts the Gulf of Mexico, and has its
own beach access. All units have panoramic gulf views. You must
cross Scenic Gulf Drive to the beach.
Q: How far is the beach?
A: Approximately 100'.
Q: How do we get to the beach?
A: You cross over Scenic Gulf Drive to the beach access.
There is a pedestrian controlled stop light to
assure that cars stop in both directions.
Q: Is the beach public or private?
A: The beach is a private beach for Crystal View
Condominiums (Calypso Dancer). However, it abuts to a large public
beach.

How
many beach set ups come with this condo. Can we purchase additional and
how?
A: There is one
complimentary set up (1 umbrella and 2 chairs). Additional set ups can be
purchased from Holiday Isle Beach Service, Steve Hill, Telephone: (850)
650-7999.
Q: Are sleeper sofas comfortable for adults?
A: No. We recommend them for small children
only!
Q: Does the condo complex have a pool and where is it
located.
A: Yes, at the back of the building. It is for
these 16 units only.
Q: How many TV's are there?
A: 4 per unit.
Q: How many vehicles can we park?
A: (3) Three maximum. No parking allowed for RV's,
boats, jet ski, etc.
Q: What do we have to do to hold for the week that we
want?
A: A 35% deposit is necessary. This must be in
the form of credit card.
Q: Do you offer travel insurance?
A: Yes.

Q: When is balance of rent and Sales Tax due?
A: 30 days prior to check in.

Q: How old do you have to be to rent this condo?
A:
25 years of age.
If a group of youths wish to rent
this condo, one parent per every 3 youths must be on site at all times, and a
25% refundable security deposit
will be required. The parents will be held responsible for the actions
