A: There is private beach walk down
provided.

Is the beach public or private?
A: The beach is a private beach shared
with the home owners of Maravilla Shores. You will have one beach set up close to the water
during season by Holiday Isle Beach Service that will dictate where you should set up
on the beach.

How
many beach set ups come with this house. Can we purchase
additional and
how?
A: There is one complimentary
set up (1 umbrella and 2 chairs). Additional set ups can be purchased from
Holiday Isle Beach Service, Steve Hill, Telephone: (850) 650-7999.
Q:
Are the sofas
on the first floor allocated as twin sleeping sofas comfortable for
adults?
A: No. We recommend them for small
children only!
Q:
Does this house have a pool?
A: Yes. There is an award winning
designed 10' x 20' pool that is kid friendly and has an alarm that
advises you when someone accesses the pool area.
Q:
Is the pool heated?
A:
Pool will be heated for an
additional fee of $300/week or $60/day
year round. No
refund of pool heating fees will be refunded if the outdoor temperature and
atmospheric conditions prevent the pools from reaching desired water
temperatures. Please keep in mind that pools are not hot tubs and are much
more difficult to heat and may not maintain the level of heat that you desire.
Pool covers for maintaining heat
are not provided.
Q: Do we have to share the pool with
other households?
A: No. However, there are two
community pools and a hot tub in Maravilla Shores also. One by the club
house in back of Maravilla Condominiums and one beachside of the development.
Q:
How many vehicles can we park?
A: (6) Six. There is a one car
garage and 5 spaces in front of the house. There is overflow
parking in the Maravilla development. No RV's, boats, jet ski, etc. allowed. Violators will be fined and/or towed at automobile
owners expense.
Q:
How many TV's are there?
A: There are eight (8) cable
TV's. The 1st floor has a 50" HDTV flat screen in the living
room,
and a flat screen in both queen suites. The 2nd floor king master suites
have 37" plasma flat screens, and the queen suite has a flat screen as well.
The 3rd floor living area has a 50" flat screen TV and a
flat screen in the queen suite. There is
surround sound.
Q: What do we have to do to hold for the
week that we want?
A: A 35% rental deposit.
Q: Do you offer travel
insurance?

Q: When is balance of rent due?
A: 30 days prior to check in.
