A: No. We recommend them for small children

The ladders and bedding are not designed to support the bulk of adults and may
result in an accident or injury.

A: Yes, fabulous 3,000 square foot pool at the back
of the building. Plus, it has a spa.

A: There is one complimentary set
up (1 umbrella and 2 chairs). Additional set ups can be purchased from

How many cars can we park.
A: There is a community first come
first serve parking lot. No parking for trailer, RV's, boats, Jet Skis,
etc.
Q: What do we have to do to hold for the week
that we want?
A: A 35% rental deposit.

A:
25 years of age.
If a group of youths wish to rent
this condo, one parent per every 3 youths must be on site at all times, and a
25% refundable security deposit
will be required. The parents will be held responsible for the actions
