A: The beach is private beach
for gulf front home owners. However, all beaches are public within 20' of the water.

many beach set ups come with this house. Can we purchase and
how?
A:
You will have one (1) beach set up close to the water
during season by Sunset Beach Service that will dictate where you should set up
on the beach. Additional set ups can be purchased from
Sunset Beach Service, Dave Meadows, Telephone: (850) 244-0452 or Cellular

Q: Are sleeper sofas comfortable for adults?
A: No. We recommend them for small children
only!
Q. What is the bed configuration?
A: 1st Floor: 1 queen bedroom, 1 sleeper sofa
in living room.
2nd Floor: Master
(king), 1 queen bedroom, 1 queen bedroom with twin sleeper sofa,
1 king bedroom with full loft, l bunk room with 3 bunks and one trundle ( all
designed for kids),
1 futon in living area.
Q: Does this house have a pool?
A: No. It has a spa (hot tub). It is set
at summer mode during season and will not heat above 85 degrees.
Q: Do we have to share the spa with other households?
A: No.
Q: How many vehicles can we park?
A: (8) Eight. No RV's, boats, jet ski, etc. allowed.
Q: How many TV's are there?
A: 4.
Q: What do we have to do to hold for the week that we
want?
A: A 35% rental deposit.
Q: Do you offer travel insurance?
A: Yes.

Q: When is balance of rent due?
A: 30 days prior to check in.
Q: Where do we send a rent check, and how do we make it out?

Q: How old do you have to be to rent this property?
A:
25 years of age.
This property does not accept chaperoned youth groups/young adults under 25
years of age. Families only, please!
