Q: Why is this house called "Almost
Perfect"?
A: It is not gulf front.
Q: Does
this 2 story house have an interior stairway?
A: No. This house is divided into 2
units. Both units have a private entrance.
Q: How far is the beach?
A: 500'.
Q: How do we get to the beach?
A: We have deeded beach access at end of Hollywood
Street that allows you access at all times to a private beach for the
community of Frangista Beach. You must cross Scenic Gulf
Drive. There is a pedestrian controlled stop light to
assure that cars stop in both directions.
Q: Is the beach public or private?
A: The beach is a private beach for the
community of Frangista Beach, and the gulf front home owners. You
should set up close to the water when you get to the beach. The beach
access is gated and accessible for only those who have a key. This is a
small subdivision and you are not sharing the beach with large numbers of
people.
Q: Are sleeper sofas comfortable for adults?
A: No. We recommend them for small children
only!
Q: Does this house have a pool and what size?
A: Yes, 12' x 24'.
Q: Is the pool heated?
A: Pools will be heated
for an additional fee of $200/week or $35/day during March through December or
$300/week or $50/day during January and February. No refund of pool heating fees will be
refunded if the outdoor temperature and atmospheric conditions prevent the pools
from reaching desired water temperatures. Please keep in mind that pools
are not hot tubs and are much more difficult to heat and may not maintain the
level of heat that you desire. Pool covers for maintaining heat are not
provided.
Q: Do we have to share the pool with other
households?
A: No, this pool is a private pool for The Almost
Perfect Beach House.
Q: How many vehicles can we park?
A: (6) Six .
Q: What do we have to do to hold for the week that we
want?
A: A 25% security deposit via credit card.
Q: How many TV's are there?
A: There is a 27" in the living room, 19" in the
master bedroom, 1st floor bedroom and 1st floor living area, and 13" in the
guest bedroom on the second floor.
Q: When is balance of rent and sales tax due?
A: 30 days prior to check in.
Q: Where do we send a rent check, and how do we make
it out?
A: Carter Beach Properties, 1594 Scenic Gulf Drive,
Miramar Beach, FL 32550.
Q: How old do you have to be to rent this property?
A: 25 years of age. If a group of youths wish
to rent, one parent per every 3 youths must be on site at all times, and a 50%
deposit will be required. The parents will be held responsible for the
actions of the group.
